2 children under 3 years old, sleeping with parents allowed at no additional cost.

Check in is 3pm.
Check out time is 12 noon
We do try to accommodate early check in and later departures when possible.

Villa Rental Policies
SPRING BREAK/STUDENT GROUPS
Holiday rates apply, Security deposit $5000 USD, additional security staff at cost to guest.
Prepaid staff Gratuity.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A Deposit of 50% is due within 7 days of reservation if not received at this time, the reservation may be canceled. Please request an extension if needed.
Balance – 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
Balance for Christmas or New Years due 90 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in or reschedule to another date of the same seasonal rates with no additional charge.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For the benefit our guests & host we require an insurance policy is completed upon approval of your reservation. There is a cost of $99.00 USD
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Cost of Food & Beverages is not included.
PETS
Pets not allowed except with permission in writing from the Agent/owner and are reviewed on a case by case basis.

EVENTS AND ENTERTAINING
There are strict policies regarding entertaining unregistered guests at the villa or having an event.
The Guest must request permission in advance in writing from the Agent /or Owner to host any event with unregistered guests, an event fee may apply, usually equivalent to one night’s rental fee, plus an additional Security Deposit, if this policy is not adhered to and casual visitors arrive, staff has authority to deny entry.
During this time of global pandemic no unregistered guests are permitted.
Absolutely no smoking inside the villa.
Smoking allowed outside on terraces only.
